1. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE?
As for now, we provide online banking transfer via FPX which you may find upon checking out.
2. CAN I OPT FOR CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?
No dear, as we do not provide COD service at the moment.
1. CAN I ADD/ CHANGE ORDER?
Yes dear, you CAN. We advise that you directly contact us immediately. Please note that once your order is out for delivery, you CANNOT add or change order.
To begin the process, just contact us with the following details:

- Subject: ‘To Add Order’ OR ‘To Change Order’
- Order Number AND Date of order AND Time of order.
- Products to be added or changed with AND details (size and color).
2. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER AND HOW?
Yes dear, you CAN track your order. After your purchase is made, we will then process the order within 1-2 business days before delivery process. Once we send your order out, we will notify you the tracking code via Email or/and WhatsApp. You can track your order from the code.
3. DO YOU ALLOW FOR CANCELLATION OF ORDER?
We ONLY ALLOW order cancellation subject to reason of cancellation – e.g. duplicated order. Otherwise, we may NOT ALLOW to cancel order. Therefore, we suggest that you review your order carefully before checkout dear. Please note that once your order is out for delivery , you CANNOT cancel order. To begin the process, just contact us with the following details:

1. HOW MUCH ARE THE POSTAGE FEES ?
The standard postage fees are as below and may vary accordingly:
Within West/ Peninsular Malaysia: MYR 10
Within East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): MYR 17
2. WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?
Once your parcel is sent out for delivery, we will notify you the tracking code via Email or/and Whatsapp. You can then track your order from the tracking code sent to you. If you have not yet received any tracking code from us, your order may still be in process which may take up to 1-2 business days OR you may directly WhatsApp us at 6011-5960 5176 (DQALBU).
3. CAN I OPT FOR SELF-PICKUP ?
We do not provide option for self-pickups on our website. We advise you directly Whatsapp us instead for further info – 6011-5960 5176 (DQALBU).
1. CAN I RETURN A PURCHASED ITEM AND GET REFUND/EXCHANGE ?
Yes dear, you CAN return a purchased item and get refund/exchange. We ONLY ACCEPT returns within 7 days upon parcel arrival. The items must be unused, unwashed, are in good condition and in their original product packaging with labels. Late returns will not be entertained. Please note, all additional costs including postage fees for returned and exchanged products are to be fully covered by customer and NOT by us.
- RETURN AND REFUND:
Please note, we only refund items that are purchased at normal price. Therefore, products purchased during sales or with coupons/ vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE. Refund will only be processed once we have received your returned item. We may REJECT your request for refund if we find the returned item is in poor condition and do not meet our policy.
- RETURN AND EXCHANGE:
Please note, exchanges can only be made ONCE and subject to stock availability. Find and follow our return/refund/exchange procedure below at item no. 2. We will then advise further if the item is exchangeable.
2. HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT ? (RETURN/ REFUND/ EXCHANGE PROCEDURE)
Please be informed with our return policy in the above at item no. 1 before returning item to us. To return an order, kindly contact us with the following details:

- Subject: ‘To Return and Refund’ OR ‘To Return and Exchange’
- Reason of Return:
- Order Number AND Date of Order AND Time of ORDER:
- Image or Video as Proof of Product Condition.
We will then advise you further on the process accordingly.
3. I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER/ DEFECTED ITEM, CAN I GET REFUND?
We try our best to make sure that the products we send out are correct and in good condition. Still, we greatly apologize if you happen to receive a wrong/defected item.
Please return the wrong or defected item back to us within 7 days upon parcel arrival so that we could then quickly send you a new replacement order. All additional costs henceforth, i.e. postage for returned item and new order will be borne by us for you. Hence, you will get a new replacement order but CANNOT get refund. Only if stock is unavailable that we will refund you.
In the event where the returned order is deemed correct and in good condition, (not defected), we may REJECT new replacement for you and resend the product back to you. You will also be charged for the overall costs of services and postage fees.
4. CAN I STILL RETURN AFTER 7 DAYS ?
No dear, you CANNOT return as we DO NOT entertain any request for return after 7 days from parcel arrival.
Further advise will be given onwards. We may REJECT if we find your request do not match our policy.
